**Q3: Compliance & Testing**

* Obtain the U.S. FinCEN MSB license and complete MiFID II compliance audit in the EU
* Launch the public testnet and recruit 1,000+ professional investors for stress testing
* Release TriScan block explorer to enable full-chain fund flow tracking

**Q4: Mainnet Launch**

* Official launch of the mainnet with subscription access to Priority/Balanced Pools
* Begin Phase 1 liquidity mining with an annualized reward rate of 20%
* Host the first DAO governance meeting to pass the initial strategy parameter adjustment proposals
